Camptown Races Remembered - A BIG SUCCESS!
Thank you to everyone who came out to Eagle Point Farm to celebrate the history of Camptown Races on May 9. We especially want to thank Donna and Karen Dennehy for hosting this wonderful event at the place where the idea of holding a “Country Race Meet” was sparked by Ed Gilman.
Check out event photos, a short video of the history of Camptown Races, along with information on how to purchase Donna Dennehy’s new book, “Eagle Point Farm: A Legacy of Grit and Grace,” HERE.
If you couldn’t attend, you may still support the museum with a membership or a donation.
Yep! There’s an APP for that!
Enjoy walking tours loaded with information, photos, audio, and video on the Ashland Museum’s Inside Out APP.
